TEHRAN, Oct. 15 (Press Shia Agency) – Foreign minister of Ivory Coast will arrive in Iran on Saturday to hold talks with top Iranian officials.
The visit of Abdallah Albert Toikeusse Mabri takes place at the invitation of his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif.
He is scheduled to hold talks and meetings with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani in Tehran.
Mabri will also meet with some other top Iranian officials, including Labor Minister Ali Rabiee and Iranian head of Iran-Ivory Coast joint commission.
Earlier, Mabri met with Director General of Iranian Foreign Ministry’s Department for African Affairs Hossein Molla Abdollahi in Ivory Coast’s capital city to explore avenues for bolstering and reinvigorating bilateral ties, as well as regional developments and crises.
In the meeting, Molla Abdollahi submitted Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif’s invitation message to his Ivorian counterpart to pay an official visit to Iran.
