TEHRAN, Apr. 06 (Press Shia) – Mohammad Javad Zarif, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, met with his counterparts from North Korea, Libya, Afghanistan, Palestine, India, Venezuela, and Serbia in Baku on Thursday.
