HOMS, May. 07 (Press Shia) – Buses on Monday started to enter al-Rastan city to transport the first batch of terrorists who are unwilling to settle their cases along with their families from Homs northern countryside and Hama southern countryside to northern Syria, SANA reporter in Homs said.

The reporter added that a number of buses coming from Hama entered Hama-Homs International Highway heading for a gathering point in al-Rastan city, 20km north of Homs city to transport the terrorists who are unwilling to have their cases settled along with their families to Jarablos and Idleb in preparation to announce the area free from terrorism.

Before being evacuated from Homs northern countryside and Hama southern countryside, terrorist groups handed over 6 tanks, 3 BMP vehicles, two Shilka vehicles and a huge number of mortars and various kinds of cannons and amounts of rocket and mortar shells.

The army vehicles and members of the engineering units finished combing works and removing the barricades set by the terrorist organizations on Homs-Hama International Highway as service workshops started to rehabilitate the road to put it into service again.

Last Tuesday, an agreement was reached in Homs northern countryside and Hama southern countryside. The agreement provides for evacuation of all terrorists who are rejecting the settlement along with their families to Jarablos and Idleb after handing over their heavy and medium weapons, equipment and ammunition, and to settle the cases of those who are willing to.

As part of the agreement, the army will enter the area and state institutions will return to it, in addition to opening Homs-Hama International Highway and securing it by the army units.
