TEHRAN (Press Shia Agency) – People of Oman burned Israeli flag in protest against the recent visit by the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to their country.

Omani people set fire to the Israeli flag after a social media campaign rejected the Friday visit by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in their country, Palestine 24 reported.

A video was posted on social media showing people shouting slogan against Israeli occupation of Palestine.

In return, Hamas said that the burning of the Israeli flag in Oman confirms that the nation is alive and that the occupation will remain its real enemy.

On Friday, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made a visit to Muscat to meet with Sultan Qaboos while accompanied by an Israeli delegation to discuss "issues of the Middle East."
