Hazrat Ayatollah Safi, expressing worries about robbing of the public properties, told the Chief of Justice that, your authority preventing from embezzlements, should do an effective part in tackling the economic problems.
RNA – Hazrat Ayatollah Safi, met by Hujjat al-Islam Raeisi, thanking him and his colleagues and pointing to some tasks of the Justice, mentioned, “What you do is highly important, and if it is done the best, it will bring the country and society multiple benefits”.
Enumerating the characteristics of a judge, he said, “As judgement is both significant and sensitive, judges should be chosen from among the knowledgeable, just and wise people who are capable of conducting their responsibilities the best”.
This source of emulation, pointing to the dos and don’ts of the Justice, stated, “this branch should act properly to maintain the trust of the people, it means it should act scholarly and wisely so that our dear people continue to refer to this branch for the fulfilment of their rights”.
Pointing to the high position of people, he added, “All your programs should consider this position. The reputation of people shouldn’t be damaged. The justice should also be fully and unbiasedly administered to all”.
He finally said, “Protecting the security, capital and properties of the people is the main task of the Justice” and then announced, “What is disclosed about the embezzlements and robbing is much worrisome. You should take serious steps in this regard. The more important step is that the economy of the country should be strongly secure enough not letting any chance of robbing to the embezzlers”.
