TEHRAN (Press Shia Agency) – The Syrian army attacked positions of Nusra Front terrorists in southwestern countryside of Idlib on Sunday morning targeting their gatherings in town of Bidama located southwest of Idlib province along the border with Turkey.
SANA reported that the army units targeted the gatherings points and fortified positions of al-Nusra Front affiliated terrorist groups to it in the town of Bidama in Jisr al-Shughour area in southwestern Idlib province in response to repeated breaches of the de-escalation zone agreement by the militants.
The operation resulted in killing and injuring of a number of terrorists as well as destroying their positions.
On Saturday, the army also destroyed the al-Nusra Front terrorists’ positions in town of Hass in Idlib’s southern countryside and destroyed a number of militants’ vehicles and their equipment between in an advance toward an interprovincial villages of Hish and Kafar Sajneh between Hama and Idlib provinces.
Earlier on Saturday, the Syrian government forces managed to recapture the Al-Sharia village from militants as fierce fighting in the Hama province continues.
Apart from Al-Sharia, Syrian army also announced the recapturing of Bab al-Taka and Maidan Ghazal.
