The seminary and university should enter the field for adjustment and adaptation of the framework and content of the Islamic justice
The Chief of Justice asked the seminary and university to take steps for the adjustment and adaptation of the framework and content of Islamic Justice and help the Justice for the fulfillment of this issue in the second phase of the revolution.
RNA – Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Ibrahim Raeesi, met by jurists and university professors, saying that the science and knowledge form the axis of the Justice, stressed the stable relation between the Justice, seminary, university and science and research institutions and then said, “Topics and cases should be lucidly explained so that judges could issue the proper rules.”
Hujjat al-Islam Raeesi, calling the mission of the seminary and university in explanation of the topics as important, added, “In the past 40 years, the Justice has changed and developed, and now, reviewing the past experiences, we should see how the judicial organizations could adapt to the changes and developments of the Islamic Justice.”
The Chief of Justice stated, “The university and seminary should do the said adjustment and adaptation. It is an important mission on the shoulders of the university and seminary and they are supposed to help the Justice in the second phase of the revolution.”
Finally, Hujjat al-Islam Raeesi pointed to the role of the management in the developments and changes, and then reiterated, “In the field of thought and ideology, attempts to reach and attain change and development should be done, and such attempts brings about positive changes and developments.”
