Ayatollah Yaqubi stressed the need for the dissemination of the original Islamic culture.
According to the correspondent of Rasa News Agency in Najaf Ashraf, a group of representatives of Ayatollah Sheikh Muhammad Yaqubi, an Iraqi scholar, having visited the Shiite countries of Burkina Faso, Senegal and Gambia in Africa, met Ayatollah Yaqubi for presenting a report on their trip.
During the meeting, Ayatollah Yaqubi, calling for the dissemination of the original Islamic culture, derived from the Heavenly book and the practical behaviour of the Prophet (S) and Ahl al-Bayt (AS), in the whole world, stated, “Distribution of the idea of peaceful coexistence and Islamic values are what the missionaries to Western countries should attend to.”
Finally, he stressed the need for delivering the message of Najaf Seminary to the whole world.
It is necessary to note that the visiting group included about 15 people visited some religious and cultural institutes, universities and religious and academic figures in the aforesaid countries.
